Registration terms and conditions

All registration prices include GST.

If you purchase an “In-person” ticket, either Early-bird or Standard, you will be entitled to a place in person at RE-EMERGE 2022 (the Event). The ABA reserves the right to suspend sale of In-person registrations to meet COVID restrictions on venue capacity.

In the event that Commonwealth or State Government-imposed COVID-19 restrictions prohibit you from attending the Event in person (for example, because of State border closures), an In-person registration will automatically convert to a Virtual registration of the same type as purchased (ie Early-bird In-person will become an Early-bird Virtual registration) and you will be entitled to a refund of the difference between the two registration prices. You will not be entitled to cancel your registration or receive a full refund.

If you purchase an In-person registration but decide you wish to attend the Event virtually, and Commonwealth or State Government-imposed COVID-19 restrictions do not prohibit you from attending the Event in person, you may attend the Event virtually using the virtual Event platform and app, but will not be entitled to any refund.

In purchasing an In-person registration you agree to follow all requirements in relation to the health and safety of attendees stipulated by the ABA. The ABA expects that attendees will be required to show their digital vaccination certificate (via the Service Victoria App) to be granted entry into venues.

In the event that the ABA determines that it is unable to deliver the event for any reason, including the impact of COVID-19 related restrictions, the ABA may, at its sole discretion, decide to reschedule or cancel the Event. In the event of rescheduling, the ABA will, within 60 days, offer to refund or roll over your registration fee, less any fees, surcharges and administrative expenses. In the event of cancellation, the ABA will refund your registration fee, less any fees, surcharges and administration expenses, within 60 days.
